Under his leadership, the Vaughn College Warriors developed a culture defined by discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
In 2020, Ricky expanded his service by joining the Vermont Air National Guard as a reservist. Deeply rooted in community, he volunteers his time mentoring local youth and creating positive spaces for growth and connection.
Outside of work, Ricky enjoys staying active — whether in the weight room, running with his wife, watching movies with his son, traveling, playing cards, or diving into friendly competitions with family and friends.
